Is The Momentum Mentorship right for me?
Momentum Mentorship works best for people who:
have a meaningful idea or project they want to focus on
are willing to show up imperfectly
value reflection and action
want accountability without urgency or shame
This is a relational, collaborative space — not a course or productivity bootcamp.
I’m in! What happens after I register?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps and access details.
Before our first group session, you’ll complete a short pre-program intake and self-audit designed to help you:
clarify the project, idea, or dream you want to focus on
reflect on what’s felt stuck or scattered
name what momentum would realistically look like right now
This ensures everyone arrives oriented, grounded, and ready to begin.
You’ll also schedule your private 1:1 coaching session, which can take place before or during the program.
Time Commitment
You can expect:
2 hours per week for the live session (which will be recorded and uploaded to our workshop portal!)
~30–60 minutes for reflection or integration between sessions
optional drop-in work hours if you want additional accountability
This is meant to fit into real life, not overwhelm it!
How Are the weeks structured?
The Momentum Mentorship runs for six weeks and includes:
Weekly 2-hour live group sessions (recorded if you can’t attend live)
Weekly guidance and integration notes to support momentum between sessions
Optional drop-in work hours for accountability and focused time
Small accountability pods for peer support
Live participation is encouraged, but this program is designed to be human and flexible.
